Main Responsibilities:
- Perform order processing, permit declaration, payment and shipping document.
- Liaise internally and externally for the storage, transportation, depot of cargos.
- Liaise with relevant parties for the pick-up and shipment of cargos.
- Generate/Provide reports, such as customer’s report, import & export report, etc. to the Management.
- Check all shipping documents and complete system input for final billing.
- Any ad-hoc task assigned by the superior or top management.
Job Requirement:
- Minimum GCE O Level with 1-2 years’ experience in logistics industry is preferred.
- Positive attitude, Detail-oriented, organized, and able to prioritize tasks.
- Good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
- Able to work as a team player, pro-active, self-motivated and high sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-moving environment.

Main Responsibilities:
- Take charge of drivers and delivery assistants
- To feedback on any safety violations or discipline by drivers to the Operation Manager
- To adhere and inculcate safety requirements always
- Plan, schedule, organize and assign jobs daily
- Constant communications with drivers to ensure given jobs is completed
- Liaise and co-ordinate with Customer on any problem pertaining to the job
- To report any cargo damage and traffic accident to Operation Manager
- Assist the Operation Manager to investigate incidents/accidents promptly
- Send all finding reports i.e. Incident Report / CAPA to Operation Manager / Senior Manager upon request
- To take early initiative to ask customer for time extension for export collections if requires
- To effectively plan and use appropriate vehicle and equipment
- To check all company asset and equipment are in good hands
- To plan and schedule vehicle for servicing and inspection
- Escalate and report any cargo discrepancy to immediate superior
- Report any delivery abnormality & discrepancy to immediate superior
- Constant and close monitoring of all deliveries and collections

Main Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of prime mover drivers
- Plan and set priorities for daily activities efficiently

- Monitor and track jobs progress to ensure all assignments are delivered timely
- Control and monitor closely with drivers on their movement through Matrix Net GPS Tracking System in real time
- Communicate and handle drivers’ feedback and problems efficiently
- Process and handle documentations through PSA Portnet System
- Process depot booking through CDAS CMS online
- Coordinate and communicate closely with customer service for all customer’s trucking
- Communicate closely with Operation Asst Manager to improve and maximize company’s resources

Job Requirement:
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ level or ‘A’ level
- Minimum 4 years of relevant working experience in logistics traffic control preferred
- Proficient in English and able to liaise with internal and external PRC staffs/customers

- Operate Basic Warehouse duties/within premises.
- To perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior.
Job Requirement:
- Min “O” Levels and above.
- Able to operate manual pallet jack, VNA/Stacker preferred.
- Have at least 2 years of relevant work experience in a warehouse environment.
- No height phobia.
